CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
At BFEL Project Site Office
Responsibilities
- Must have to good leadership quality, Integrity and Manpower management capability of at least 300 people at a time.
- Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
- To manage project which includes site supervision, planning, coordinating, evaluating, controlling and completing the project timely by ensuring safety and quality policy.
- Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
- Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
- To follow up and checking the accuracy of Erection and Installation works of Piping/ Steel Structure/Tank as per drawings and relevant Engineering Standards.
- To take corrective measures of construction activities, and resolve probable unexpected difficulties, and other issues that may arise from time to time.
- Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory
- Review the work progress on daily basis
- Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
- Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
- Commercial awareness – an understanding of how your actions can affect profitability of a project.
- Any other task as required by the management
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- At least 7-8 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Mechanical Engineering - The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Fabrication & Erection of Piping, Structure & Tank.
